WINTER-SPRING 2023 CALENDAR*

Mondays: 01/09-06/19 (no classes 01/16, 02/20, 04/10, 05/29) - 20 classes

Tuesdays: 01/10-06/13 (no classes 04/11) - 22 classes

Wednesdays: 01/11-06/14 (no classes 04/12) - 22 classes

Thursdays: 01/12-06/15 (no classes 04/13) - 22 classes

Fridays: 01/13-06/16 (no classes 04/14) - 22 classes

Saturdays: 01/07-06/17 (no classes 01/14, 02/18, 04/08, 05/27) - 20 classes​

*Half sessions (01/07-04/06) are offered for Beginner I (Introductory) level classes in Chess, Scratch and Reading.

LOCATIONS

In-Person Classes:

Online Classes: taught live over Zoom; offered on weekdays and Saturdays

FEES and PAYMENTS

Annual Registration Fee: $40 (applies to new students only)

Base Rates (per class)*:

  • $16 for 30 min online class

  • $22 for 45 min online class

  • $25 for 45 min in-person class

  • $27 for 60 min online class

  • $30 for 60 min in-person class

  • $40 for 90 min online class

  • $43 for 90 min in-person class

Special Discounts: 10% discount for siblings  | 15% discount for 3rd class (applied to in-person classes only)

Tuition is charged per semester and calculated as the base rate multiplied by the number of classes per session, based on the day of the week that each class is offered on.  To view our tuition policy, please click here.

Accepted Forms of Payments:  credit card; Zelle to info@alphamindsacademy.com

Payment Plans are available at the time of the registration for those paying by credit card.  If you need to make alternative arrangements, please reach out to us directly by sending an email to register@alphamindsacademy.com

Private classes (individual and pods) are available upon request.

*Cost of math books is not included in the tuition

Please note: We require to meet minimum enrollment of 5 children to hold each class.  In case the minimum enrollment is not met, we will postpone the start of those classes where the enrollment is not met

We will be following the state mandated Covid-related precaution for the in-person classes​ 

  • Class size is limited.  

  • Only one adult will be allowed in with a child for the Mommy & Me class 

  • Other than adults accompanying children to the Mommy & Me classes, no other adults are allowed inside the building.  Drop off and dismissal iscoordinated by our staff at the entrance.
